- Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape parallel to the ground.
- Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your waist, usually just above the belly button.
- Hip: Measure around the fullest part of your hips, keeping the tape parallel to the ground.
- Inseam (pants): Measure from the crotch to the bottom of your ankle.
- Height: Stand with your back against a wall, and measure from the top of your head to the floor.
