Measuring yourself may seem daunting, but it’s actually a simple process that can be done in the comfort of your own home. Here are the steps to follow:<\/p>\n

  1. Chest:<\/span> Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape parallel to the ground.<\/li>\n
  2. Waist:<\/span> Measure around the narrowest part of your waist, usually just above the belly button.<\/li>\n
  3. Hip:<\/span> Measure around the fullest part of your hips, keeping the tape parallel to the ground.<\/li>\n
  4. Inseam (pants):<\/span> Measure from the crotch to the bottom of your ankle.<\/li>\n
  5. Height:<\/span> Stand with your back against a wall, and measure from the top of your head to the floor.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
